حذف الحساب والبيانات

تطبيق مشكاة الأذكار — Kafora Apps

من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول بالحساب الذي تريد حذفه.
2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← الملف الشخصي.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.

قد يُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى للتحقق من هويتك قبل الحذف.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إن لم تستطع الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا من البريد المرتبط بحسابك على kafora.apps@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حسابي»، وسنحذفه خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

• حساب تسجيل الدخول (البريد والاسم ومعرّف المستخدم).
• رمز الإشعارات المرتبط بحسابك.
• نسخك الاحتياطية السحابية (لمشتركي بلس).

البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطية المحلية المحفوظة على جهازك فقط (عدّاتك وأذكارك وإعداداتك) تبقى على جهازك حتى تحذف التطبيق. سجلّات الشراء التي تحتفظ بها Apple أو Google لا نتحكم فيها، ويبقى حقك في استعادة مشترياتك بحساب المتجر نفسه.

Delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You may be asked to sign in again to confirm it's you before the deletion goes through.

By email

If you can't open the app, email kafora.apps@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, name and user ID).
• The notification token linked to your account.
• Your cloud backups (Plus members).

Data and local backups stored only on your device (your counts, adhkar and settings) stays there until you delete the app. Purchase records kept by Apple or Google are outside our control; you can still restore your purchase with the same store account.
