تشرح هذه السياسة ما البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق مشكاة الأذكار على iOS وAndroid، وكيف نستخدمها، وما خياراتك. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى.
عدّاتك، وأذكارك المضافة، وأهدافك، وإحصائياتك، وإعداداتك تُحفظ على جهازك.
إذا فعّلت تذكيرات أوقات الصلاة، يستخدم التطبيق موقع جهازك لحساب أوقات الصلاة على الجهاز نفسه. لا يُرسل موقعك إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي طرف آخر. يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه من إعدادات الجهاز، وتعمل بقية مزايا التطبيق بشكل طبيعي.
تسجيل الدخول اختياري. إن سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple أو Google أو البريد الإلكتروني، نتلقى عبر Firebase Authentication بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك (إن وفّرته) ومعرّف مستخدم. نستخدمها لتشغيل حسابك وربط مشترياتك وإشعاراتك به فقط. عند استخدام «إخفاء بريدي» من Apple نتلقى البريد الوسيط الذي توفره Apple.
تتم المدفوعات عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا. نستخدم RevenueCat للتحقق من مشترياتك وتفعيل مشكاة بلس، فيعالج سجل الشراء ومعرّف مستخدم مجهول أو معرّف حسابك.
لإرسال التذكيرات والإشعارات نستخدم Firebase Cloud Messaging، الذي يُنشئ رمزًا للجهاز. إن كنت مسجّلًا، نحفظ هذا الرمز مرتبطًا بمعرّف حسابك.
نستخدم Firebase Analytics لفهم كيفية استخدام المزايا (مثل الشاشات المفتوحة والأحداث داخل التطبيق)، وFirebase Crashlytics لجمع تقارير الأعطال والأداء (نوع الجهاز، إصدار النظام، تفاصيل العطل). نستخدمها لتحسين التطبيق فقط، لا للإعلانات.
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطية السحابية ما دام حسابك قائمًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، أو بمراسلتنا (انظر صفحة حذف الحساب). تُحفظ بيانات التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال لمدة محدودة وفق إعدادات Firebase الافتراضية.
يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا. وقد تكون لك حقوق إضافية بحسب قوانين بلدك.
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يتطلب حسابًا. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من أطفال دون 13 عامًا؛ إن علمت أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا، راسلنا لحذفه.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وننشر أي تغيير في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

This policy explains what data the Mishkat Al-Adhkar app for iOS and Android collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Your counts, custom adhkar, targets, statistics and settings are stored on your device.
If you turn on prayer-time reminders, the app uses your device's location to calculate prayer times on the device itself. Your location is not sent to our servers or to anyone else. You can decline or revoke the permission in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we receive your email address, your name (if you provide it) and a user ID through Firebase Authentication. We use them only to run your account and to link your purchases and notifications to it. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email”, we receive the relay address Apple provides.
Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to verify your purchases and unlock Mishkat Plus, which processes your purchase history and an anonymous ID or your account ID.
To deliver reminders and notifications we use Firebase Cloud Messaging, which creates a device token. If you are signed in, we store that token linked to your account ID.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used (for example, screens opened and in-app events) and Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and performance reports (device model, OS version, crash details). We use this only to improve the app, never for advertising.
We keep account data and cloud backups for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing us (see the account deletion page). Analytics and crash data are kept for a limited period under Firebase's default retention settings.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You may have additional rights under the laws of your country.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not require an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you learn that a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with the updated date.
